In case you were not aware, debtors are those who owe you money. It is our job to get them to pay you when your efforts have not been able to obtain payment. The quicker a debt is passed to us (once it becomes due), the quicker we can collect it, and the lower the impact on your cash flow.

We can collect most debts, including but not limited to the following:

• overdue invoices for products and services
• commercial debts
• corporate debt books
• commercial and domestic rent arrears
• personal debts with proof

Please Note: we do not collect debts covered by a consumer credit agreement in the UK.

We operate a no-win, no-fee debt recovery process. This means that you pay nothing up-front for us to chase your debt. You only pay us a percentage from any amounts recovered. Typically this is 15% of the amount recovered subject to a minimum of £50. For larger debts this is capped at £5,0000.

Once you have added your information and any debts to the client portal, we will begin the formal debt reocvery process. This starts by us notifying your debtor that you have instructed us to recover the debt on your behalf. We will then engage with the debtor about the outstanding amount and move towards recovering the outstanding amount.

This stage of debt collection is key as it establishes your position in strength and focuses the debtor on settling the debt as soon as possible. Depending upon the circumstances, we may negotiate settlement in stages or as a whole. Our aim is always to get you the whole amount as soon as is feasible. In circumstances where this is not possible, we will do our best to communicate with you regarding any important decisions about the case.

Once payment has been received and cleared, we will retain any funds recovered for a holding period while we assess the risk of recall or chargeback. This holding period protects both you and us from chargebacks and recalls. For more detail, please read the full terms and conditions available to you when submitting your debts on our system. Sign up today to our self-service client portal. We will start the collection process on the same working day, so it really does pay to sign-up as soon as possible. You will need details about the debt and the debtor, such as:

• Who owes you the money?
• How much and for what?
• What is the date of the debt?
• What contact details do you have for the debtor?

We may also ask for proof of the debt. You will be able to upload this via the portal once we have accepted your case onto our system (this is usually within an hour). Once we start the process, you'll be able to keep track of what's going on using the portal.
